事前登録は、私のCLPコースに参加しようという意志の表明です。事前登録は、コース開催にかかる諸費用（会場費、講師旅費、ロイヤリティ、その他）を考慮したコース催行最低人数に達したかの確認が目的ですので、事前登録時にはクレジットカードへの課金はまだ発生しません。

事前登録期間中、コース参加登録者のクレジットカード情報はクレジットカード決済会社によって安全に保管されます。事前登録者数がコース催行最低人数に達しなかった場合、クレジットカードへの課金は一切行われず、カードの承認も取り消しとなります。

本コースは、システムモデリングに基いて設計され優れた成果をもたらすプログラムですが、他の従来のコースに比べ参加者1人当たりにつきより広いスペースを必要とします。このため、特に会場費が高額な都市で開催される場合は、コース催行に必要な参加者数が多くなります。

今回の東京プログラムは、現在の価格設定で、9名以上の事前登録があれば催行確定となります。

ほとんどの参加者は会社が費用負担し、少人数のグループでの参加を予定しているのではないでしょうか。つまり、一人ひとりの事前登録が大きな影響力となり、コース催行が早期に確定できるということです。

Pre-registration is offered as a way for you to indicate serious interest in my CLP course without an immediate charge to your credit card. Why? Because I have to make certain there are enough participants to cover my costs of conducting the course. These costs include paid event space, my travel costs, royalties, and other course-related expenses.

During pre-registration your credit card will be securely held by the credit card processing company until enough students join the course. If the course is not of interest to enough participants, your credit card will not be charged at all and the card authorization will be canceled.

The amazing learning outcomes of a system modeling-based course design require a great deal more floor space per participant than a more traditional course design. This is one of many reasons it takes a good number of participants for the course to be viable, especially in high-cost cities in which event space is at a premium.

At current pricing, it will require at least nine pre-registered participants to be able to exit pre-registration in Tokyo.

Most participants are sponsored by their employer, and typically attend in small groups. This means there is a very good chance you personally have enough influence to help ensure the course will exit pre-registration quickly.

Pre-Registration Period: During the pre-registration period, your credit card will be placed on file but not charged. Pre-Read Content: There is a significant amount of pre-reading content which will be sent once you sign-up. The earlier you sign-up, the more time you will have to prepare. If you don't receive an automated email with the pre-read content upon signing-up please reach out.

より多くの方に事前登録して頂き、尚早にワークショップ開催が確定できるように、早期登録特典を設けています。14歳以上の参加者が登録するごとに600ドルずつ、このプログラムにプールされ、プールされた金額はワークショップ終了後に参加者に特典として分配されます。登録時期と連動した分配方法ですので、早く登録した方が特典（返金額）が多くなります。リワード上限額は参加者1人あたり200ドルです。

2025年7月21日（月）の報酬締め切りの10週間前までに登録いただいた方は、事前登録締切10週間前以降にご登録いただいた方の２倍の特典が得られます。

特典は決済用クレジットカードに返金されます。事前登録と通常登録は、登録特典に関しては同じ扱いとなります。複数の参加者を登録された方には、登録人数に応じた特典が付与されます。

特典は、ワークショップ終了後に付与されます。

参加費を立て替えている参加者は、この特典によって経費精算が煩雑になる可能性があります。この特典は下記のボックスにチェックを入れることでオプトアウトすることができます。

For every participant above 14, I will add USD$600 to the early registration reward fund, up to a fund limit totaling a maximum of USD$200 per participant. 

Any payee who signs up 10 or more weeks before the reward cutoff of Monday, July 21, 2025 will receive their full share of the refund. Those who sign up in later weeks will have their refund reduced proportionately.

The table below shows a few representative numbers. For the sake of brevity only a few sample rows and columns are shown.

To maximize your refund, please sign-up quickly, and recruit as many other people as possible.

All refunds will be to the original credit card of the payee. Pre-registration and normal registration are treated the same as it pertains to the registration reward. A payee who signs up multiple participants will receive a refund commensurate with the number of participants they signed up.

Refunds will be processed once the class has been completed. I will mostly likely wait until I am back in the United States and recovered from jet lag to process the refunds.
